All intellectual property, including code, design, and content provided by Devlume AI, remains the property of Devlume AI until full payment is received. After that, specified ownership is transferred as per individual project agreements.

3Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate information and timely feedback during the development process to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met as agreed upon.

4Payment Terms

Project start dates and milestones will be defined in individual service agreements. Payments are due according to the schedule specified in the project proposal.

5Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Any work completed up to the date of termination will be billed accordingly at the agreed-upon rates.
